Mistakes happen. Bookings can be amended subject to availability. Changes to standard flexi fares are not subject to amendment fees, but there may be a charge if there is a difference in tariff. If you are a registered user on our website, you can do this by logging into your online account Alterations to Special Offer Fare bookings are subject to an online amendment fee of £5/ €6 per person (must be registered online), or offline amendment fee of £10/ €12 per person. You must also pay any increase in the fare applicable. No refunds or credits will be given.
